All our insulated roller shutters are made to measure using high quality sourced materials.

Constructed from our 95mm by 20mm in thickness slat, double skinned PU injected section giving a U value of 1.1W (m2K)

• Comes in a standard  range of building colours
• Spanning up to 8mtrs square
• Wind tested up to wind class 5

A insulated roller shutter can be fitted either internally, within a reveal or externally, all frameworks are pre galvanized 5mm thick angles

Guide rails are pre galvanized 90mm deep sections with brushed seal draught reduction edges

Rubber base bumper seals on the bottom of the door & top brush seal to the head of the door

We offer both 3 phase & single phase operation using the very best safety direct drive motors on the market, along with bespoke alternatives for more complex applications (fast acting doors) to flange & tube motors.
